Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing with regard to the tour I bought on your website, to express my dissatisfaction with the
service offered within the tour.

Firstly, I would like to point out that the bus service you offered arrived late at the hotel. As a result
of this, we did not have enough time to spend at the site as we wished to. I think there is no excuse
for arriving late for picking up a person, obviously, you do not know if there is going to be a traffic
jam, so therefore the bus should have left earlier so the passengers could have arrived on time *

Moreover, according to your website the bus is always on time, which did not happen on my tour as
there was a delay. Thus, it is true there are always some small issues, which are acceptable, mine
was a 30-minute one, which I do not find acceptable. Nevertheless, your website states that the bus
is clean and comfortable. However, yours was full of trash and there was a bubble-gum stuck in my
seat, which I found disgusting.

Considering the above, I would appreciate if you checked more the cleaning made in the buses and
the delays, so this cannot happen anymore because it is not acceptable. I trust you will give me a full
refund on the ticket, since I could not see all the sites, because the bus was late and was not clean.
