also supervise all aspects of a building process, manage and allocates construction

Project construction management is a professional service that provides a client’s

and function. This often work at a construction site, typically includes complicated tasks

and the ability to problem-solve.

Typically, there are 4 distinct phases:


- Initiating: This stage aims to establish or define the project's parameters.
- Planning: This stage also includes estimates. For everyone involved in the project, a

- Committing and monitoring: This phase will last the entire project, and project
managers will keep tabs on and monitor ongoing project activities to make sure the
project is completed on schedule and within budget.
- Finalization: Project consumers receive the finished product.
