Providing of Hollow metal pressed steel flush fire doors confirming to IS 277 with two hr fire rating (FD 2HR) confirming to IS 3614 as per following specifications. Door frame will be double rebate profile of size 143 x 57 mm with bending radius of 1.4 mm having 1.60 mm thick galvanized steel sheet (16 gauge). Steel door shutter of 46 mm thick fully flush, double skin door shall manufacture from 1.20 mm thick galvanized steel sheet (18 gauge). The stile edges to be lock seamed with no weld 5400.00 marks. The infill material shall be resin bonded honey comb kraft paper with thermal insulation. Door frames and shutter will be finished with primer coating, stoved zinc phosphate primer (35 micron DFT) and thermosetting polyurethane aliphatic grade paint (35 micron DFT) of approved colour.
