Dear Delegates and Respected Faculty,

It is our pleasure and honour to invite you to the inaugural edition of the Beaconhouse
School System Satellite Town Model United Nations (BSTMUN), which will take place
from February 10th-12th, 2023. Beaconhouse Satellite Town branches have joined hands
together to build a thriving community of ambitious and skilled delegates who are
passionate about an evolving future and have an ability to shape it.

The schools' first Model United Nations is about to take place, and it is going to be one of
the most enriching and rewarding event of your life. BSTMUN takes into account the
aforementioned idea and invites senior school students of the Twin Cities.

BSTMUN aims to improve leadership and diplomatic abilities of the delegates. They will
gain knowledge of foreign policy and the positions of the nations they represent, as well as
find practical and realistic solutions to the difficulties the world is now facing. They will
also be equipped with the moral principles that underpin both domestic and international
law.

We are privileged to have your students and to assist them as they adopt an inclusive
mindset which values and respects the diversity of cultures and point of views within a
global community.

CONFERENCE DETAILS

BSTMUN23 is seeking delegates for 6 Committees to tackle the world's various critical
issues and they can register as dual delegates for PNA.
Delegates are required to conduct extensive research and study not only the policies of
the assigned country but also the foreign policy of all major stakeholders of the agenda.
The minimum delegates in a delegation can be 5 with a maximum of 7.

Delegations must fill all the required particulars in the Google Form to the best of their knowledge
and as accurately as possible. Once the registration form and fee has been submitted, a member
from the registrations team will email the Head Delegate to confirm registration with the allocation
of the Country and Personality (PNA).

CODE OF CONDUCT

Norms and Standards for Committees

Delegates are required to be present in the committee with their country plaque-cards and
delegate tags. Delegate tags are mandatory for the attendance to be marked in the
committee sessions.

Attire

Delegates are required to follow professional business attire.

Etiquettes and Regulations

During committee proceedings, delegates are required to follow a formal code of conduct;
any inappropriate behaviour will result in automatic ejection. The Executive Council has
the ability to exclude any delegate, delegation, school, or group from the conference at any
moment if they violate Conference regulations or Code of Conduct.

Photography Guidelines

BSTMUN23 and its media team have the rights to photograph and video record attendees
during the conference. The content obtained may be utilised in publications, on the website,
or for promotional purposes. Delegates have agreed to this policy by signing the Waiver of
Liability. Delegates shall not photograph dais members or other participants without their
permission.

Protocol Against Harassment

The school has a rigorous and unequivocal policy against harassment, which will not be
permitted under any circumstances. Harassment can be physical, psychological, verbal,
sexual, or any combination of these. Perpetrators will be removed immediately and may
face legal charges.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY

By signing this form, delegates agree to follow the Conference's regulations for the
length of the event. Delegates are requested to bring a signed form along with themselves
on Day-1 before attending the Conference, or as a scanned document to the specified
email at the time of registration at Beaconhouse Satellite Town Rawalpindi on the day of
the event. Delegates and faculty advisers who do not sign this form will not be allowed to
access or participate in the Conference, will not be registered, and will be unable to
engage in any activity, including social activities.

understood the rules and regulations of this Conference. I also promise to follow the laws
of Rawalpindi/Islamabad and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. I further declare that I
will follow any regulatory requirements that the organisers notify me of during the
Conference, as well as the will of the Secretariat, Directorate, Core Team, Executive
Council, and Beaconhouse School System Administration. I agree to be interviewed,
photographed, and recorded throughout the Conference, and I understand that the
material gathered may be published and utilised for promotional reasons on connected
BSTMUN websites, pages, and so on. I realise that if I break any of the Conference's
rules and regulations, I will be ejected from the Conference. I accept full responsibility
for my actions both within and outside of committee meetings. I realise that this contract
is legally binding to the fullest degree possible, and I am willing to face the consequences
of any inappropriate behaviour on my behalf.

Note: Refunds will not be given to delegations who are unable to attend the Conference
owing to unforeseen circumstances such as changes in travel arrangements, sickness, or
any other emergency.
