Job Description of Sales Team:

 ZSM will be responsible for the primary sales target and distributors’ induction target of the ZONE. He
will reporting to NSM.

 ASM will be responsible for the primary sales and market development of specific area. And he will be
leading a team of TSM and will be reporting to ZSM.

 TSM will be managing a team of DSFs’ and will be responsible for secondary sales.

 DSF will be on company payroll. He will be responsible for the secondary sales and numeric coverage.
The DSF target will be Rs. 250,000/- per month and 500 productive shops.
