Since the company’s inception in Australia in 2011, Bigtincan has expanded globally to include the
US, the UK, Denmark and many others. The company is growing its engineering centre situated in
the heart of Sydney CBD, and is seeking an experienced Senior Frontend Developer to join the
team.

What you’ll be doing:
● Manage internal IT systems such as email, calendaring and network access control
● Maintain security of systems and processes by following our Information Security
Management System (ISMS) in accordance with our ISO/IEC:27001 accreditation
● Manage company hardware and networking both in the office and as used by remote
workers
● Manage and track tasks using our ticketing system (Jira)
This will involve:
● Handling staff on-boarding, off-boarding, and system access request changes
● Increasing use of automation for activities such as basic staff system access
● Software system access control and audits
● Communicating effectively across departments and timezones
● Working with Jira, Slack, and email
● Integration activities resulting from company acquisitions
● Coordination and collaboration for learning and integration of systems from newly acquired
businesses around the world
● IT process management and control
May also include:
● Cyber Security Support
● Involvement in activities for continuous support of our certifications
● Hardware and networking asset acquisition, control, and auditing

What you'll bring


● 2 years experience supporting users
● Experience with Active directory or authentication services
● You’re a people person who is customer centric
● Learning aptitude
