Here’s how I set up my days to win

EVERY DAY FOR FOREVER ROUTINE

3 way split between the day

HEALTH
1 hr martial arts (2-3x a week)
1 hr lifting
1 hr running, jumping, moving, walking, swimming
1 hr stretching or beach relaxing
1 hrs eating/cooking
8-10 hrs sleeping

15 hrs total

BUSINESS
2 hrs communicating for work (coaching, messaging clients, talking with team)
1 hr writing
1 hr making videos
1 hr misc

5 hrs total

SOCIAL/CREATIVE/FULFILLING/PERSONAL
1 hr hobby (music, wakeboard, spearfish, rock climb, skateboard, etc)
2 hrs socializing (dates, friends, etc)
1 hrs free
1 hr reading

4 hrs total

IF SUPER BUSY - CONVERT THE SOCIAL/CREATIVE/PERSONAL TIME TO ADDITIONAL WORK


TIME

ASLEEP AT 10-11 PM
WAKE UP 7- 8 AM - *DON’T TOUCH PHONE* WALK TO BEACH, READ VISION, PLAN FOR THE DAY,
VISUALIZE, SEND POSITIVE ENERGY, BUMP MUSIC - 20 min
8:20 AM - Prep/Cook Breakfast/Lunch (put in glass tupperware)
8:45 AM - Shower
9 am - START WRITING/VIDEOS (creative deep work session)
11 am - start communicating if needed, eat lunch
1 pm - go to gym and lift, or do movement etc first
3:30- either flaneur with friends, or work another 1.5 hrs - calls
5 pm - eat dinner
6 pm - either MMA or free time or basketball
9 pm - shower, stretch, lights off, plan day for next, visualize, meditate
