The Adolescence stage is a colorful and vibrant stage. The struggles of an adolescent happen mainly because at the onset
of physiological development during puberty, physical changes bring in a lot of discomfort which they may find confusing. As these
changes happen, turbulent emotions may also arise and managing these can be challenging.

Your knowledge of yourself and how you manage yourself impacts directly on your personal effectiveness. Being self-aware,
making the most of your strengths, learning new skills and techniques and behavioral flexibility are all keys to improving your
