Thank you, mam, for that question I choose this study because studying the effectiveness and leadership style of teachers is crucial for improving education outcomes. Thank you, mam, for that question my respondent is composed of 210 teachers in Sto Tomas North District 5. How did you choose your respondents? Thank you, mam, for that question I choose my respondent based on the total population of the teachers in Sto Tomas North District 6. What is the importance of your study? Thank you, mam, for that question about the importance of my study in the effectiveness and leadership style of a teacher cannot be overstated. It is essential for creating a positive learning environment that promotes academic success while also nurturing personal growth in students. 7. What is the difference between an operational and a conceptual definition? Thank you, mam, for that question the conceptual definitions provide a general understanding of what a term means, and operational definitions provide specific guidelines for measuring or observing that term in research studies. 8. Explain the research paradigm of your study. Thank you, mam, for that question first is the input block which contains the teachers’ effectiveness in terms of commitment innovative creativity, and motivation and it contains teachers’ leadership styles in terms of instruction co-curricular extracurricular activities, and community participation and contains the challenges faced by the teachers regarding their leadership styles and effectiveness. the first arrow point to the throughput which contains gathering and organizing conceptual and research literature, gathering analyzing, and interpreting primary data, and contains testing of research hypothesis using the most appropriate statistical tools. the second arrow point contains a significant / non-significant relationship between leadership styles and the effectiveness of teacher’s proposed instructional enhancement program.
9. Why did you choose the locale of your study?
Thank you, mam, for that question I choose Sto Tomas North District as my locale of study because for me they have a performing teacher and I believe in the potential of teachers there who can give me the necessary information that I use in my study. 10. How did you test the validity of your questionnaire? Thank you, mam, for that question to establish the validity of my questionnaire my adviser check it and I chose three Doctors of Education to validate and evaluate my questionnaire according to the content and purpose. There were suggestions in my questionnaire that made some changes. The final drops of my questionnaire were finalized and prepared for the needed copies for distribution to the respondent. 11. How did you test the reliability of your questionnaire? Thank you, mam, for that question, the questionnaire was tested in Sto Tomas South District and after one week it was retested in the same school that is not the locale of my study. The result of the answers was in and out try statistically analyzed by Cronbach alpha. 12. What instruments did you use? Thank you, mam, for that question, the instrument I used is a survey questionnaire.
