• Manage support requests that can come through a range of networks, such as email, chat, and
telephone supporting customers about the features and capabilities of our application.
• Provided functional and technical support, troubleshooting, and diagnosing hardware and
software problems

• Identify any areas of difficulty or areas for improvement providing quality service to the customer
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the iManage application
• Supporting users and providing advice and guidance to ensure the most effective utilization
• Build and maintain relationships within teams to promote IT Training, ensuring knowledge and
awareness and business challenges through workshops
• Producing and maintaining various IT training manuals and any other sources of information, to be
able to provide effective and up to date training.
• Acting as a key communicator between the L&D, IT department and branch managers to ensure
correct system updates are carried out and the business subsequently updated.
• Deliver refresher, intermediate and advanced system training for existing staff as required.
Achievements: Achieved all KRA's in Microland and Seconded to Client office in London as
Systems Analyst for one year
