This DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE is made, executed entered into by:

REGINA LIV VISDA ARONCE, of legal age, Filipino, and with residence and postal
address at FIELDS RESIDENCE SUCAT RD., PARANAQUE CITY, hereinafter referred to as
the SELLER.

GIOIA ANTONETTE SANTOS PAVAN, of legal age, Filipino, and with residence and
postal address at Lantawan Drive, Pasonanca, Zamboanga City hereinafter referred to as the
BUYER.

WITNESSETH;

WHEREAS, the SELLER is the registered owner of the motor vehicle particularly
described as follows:

above mentioned property for the amount of One Hundred Thousand Pesos (P100,000.00)
Philippine Currency;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred Thousand
Pesos (P100,000.00) Philippine Currency, hand paid by the buyer to the seller, the SELLER DO
HEREBY SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY by way of Absolute Sale unto the said BUYER that
the said property is free from all liens and encumbrances, that we will defend the same from any
claims whatsoever nature and kind.
