    Dear sir:

    The Alaminos Mountain Bike Club (AMBIC) will be conducting its Mountain Bike Race
    dubbed as Rockrakan 21 on April 22, 2023 starting from 8:00 o’clock in the morning
    until all participants have all been accounted for.

    The race route will start near the public cemetery (besides the 106 th PNP Station),
    Quezon Avenue and shall pass through Barangay San Vicente, Cabatuan (airport entry)
    and shall pass through the mountainous area of black stone, kabulalaan and through
    Barangay Sabangan, Bued, Magsaysay and shall finish at Plaza Enrique Braganza.

    In this connection, may we ask for your permission and support for the conduct of said
    event and issue a permit in our favor.

    Thank you very much and hoping for your approval on our request.
