MECHANICAL ANCHOR
WEDGE ANCHOR FOR NON-CRACKED CONCRETE

MF-WA – WEDGE ANCHOR – Galvanised / Hot Dipped Galvanised

Description
MULTIFIX Wedge Anchor is a medium duty with small anchor spacing and edge distances.
Time saving through fastening installations, no special drilling and setting tools are required.
Tightening the hexagon nut expands the stainless steel sleeve which produces permanent
grip in non-cracked concrete

Application
Medium duty anchoring in non-cracked concrete: steel beams, base plates, channel, tracks
and wood structures.

Features:
 Wedge Anchor is a complete unit ready to install system for through fixing: no marking out and repositioning
 True dimension anchor, hole size, anchor diameter and threaded size are all the same diameter
 Fully assembled with one piece wrap around sleeve which affords high anti-corrosion properties for long-term performance.
 Anti-Rotation lugs
 Dot-point stud head prevent damage to the threads during setting

Material Available Base Material

Steel, Zinc Plated
Steel, HotDipped Concrete, solid brick, masonry

WEDGE ANCHOR FOR NON-CRACKED CONCRETE

MF-WA – WEDGE ANCHOR – Stainless Steel A2 / A4

DROP-IN ANCHOR FOR NON-CRACKED CONCRETE

MF-DA – DROP-IN ANCHOR

Description
MULTIFIX Drop-In Anchor is an internally threaded socket Anchor for use with bolts or
threaded rod of any length.

Application
Suspended services, stadium seating, holding down machinery, racking
light to medium duty fixing.

Features:
 Thin walled-smaller drill sizes used.
 Flush fitting-no protrusions when not in use
 Shallow embedment – less chance of drilling into rebar, and faster drilling.
 Permanent anchorage – removal of fixture leaves anchor undisturbed.

Material Available Base Material
