Engineering Design Process

Identify - I made a model of the mouth so that it could go along with

my presentation for my classmates could get a better understanding and
feel of the organ in person.
Investigate- The mouth is an oval-shaped cavity inside the skull. The
two main functions of the mouth are eating and speaking. Saliva is a
digestive juice produced by your salivary glands that helps food pass
more easily through your esophagus. ◦Mechanical Digestion is necessary
to break down the large food bits that bare swallowed into smaller
pieces so that different enzymes can work on them.

Imagine- Pros are that it was colorful enough for people to see and
touch. Cons it could of have been more defined and use some labeling.

Create-
Improve- I could have used papier Mache or something else to get a
more defined look of the mouth where you can see the actually
structure of the mouth and each part.
