Those who lead in spiritual matters should also lead in financial matters (Acts 4:35,37; Acts
11:29,30; 1 Timothy 3:3,8).
Money should be handled in such a way that is defensible against any accusation (2
Corinthians 8:21).
Money stewards should be trustworthy people.

Job Description:
Budget and Finance
 Responsible for deposit and disbursements authorized by the Pastor/ Chairman of the
board
 Manage profit & loss statements
 Manage departmental expense reports
 Manage, record and process allowances and Love gifts
 Monitor, manage and record church giving records
 Making financial forecast
 Prepare financial report monthly, quarterly and annually
 Preparing and managing annual budget
Facilities and Equipment
 Oversee the purchase of office supplies, equipment and services
 Provide cost effective solution regarding property issues and other support/ service
functions
