Job Description :
Provide supervisory leadership and oversight of the children's ministry team, ensuring each
member's consistent execution of vision, values, and programming to ensure the creation of a
vibrant ministry environment that allows children to learn and experience the gospel of Jesus
on a weekly basis.
1. Plan with other team members for possible kids’ activities for the next six months or one
year.
2. Sit down with Finance Head if there is a need for activity budget, book, and other supplies.
3. Sit down with the elders to discuss kids plans and directions.
