2. DEVELOP QUALITY CONTROL SOPS AND TESTING PROCEDURES FOR INBOUND MATERAIL
PURCHASE KAIZAN AND IDEAS FOR FURTHER IMPROVEMENT

a) ATTENDING ANY QULAITY ISSUE RELATED TO RM AND RESOLVE WITH ALTERNATE

c) REJECTION TO BE RETURNED TO SUPPLIER IMMMIDIEATLY.

3.NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

a) NEW SAMPLE APPROVAL WITH MARKETING /QULAITY TEAM AND ARRENGE THEIR
REQUIREMNT.
b) ARRANGE TRAIL SAMPLE FOR NEW PRODUCT FOR ALL UNITS AND TAKEING APPROVAL
FROM CONCERN DEPARTMENTS.
c) FOLLOW-UP WITH VENDORS FOR NEW PRODUCTS.
d) ATTENDING MEETING WITH VENDORS NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT, QUALITY ISSUES
ANY OF THEIR RELATED QUEARY.
e) ALSO, ENSUREING WITH LEGAL TEAM THAT BEFORE LAUCHING ANY PRODUCT ALL LEGAL
FORMALITYS WILL BE DONE AND VENDOR AGREEMENTS ARE IN THE PLACE.

4.COST CONTROL AND REDUCTIONS

a) PREPARE VENDORWISE PRICE COMPARISION SHEET AND TAKE QUOTATION FROM VENDOR
FOR NEW PRODUCTS AND RAGULAR ITEMS.
b) VENDOR SHARE OF BUNINESS CONSIDER BASED UPON COST AND OTHER PARAMETERS.
c) PURCHASE RETURN FOR QC REJECTED ITEMS WILL BE SENT TO RESPECTIVE VENDORS ONE
WEEK AFTER DECLARATION.
d) WILL ENSURE WITH FINANCE & ACCOUNTS TEAM THAT THE RESPECTIVE VENDORS
PAYMENT WILL DONE AS PER OUR AGREED PAYMENT TERMS.
e) COADINATION WITH WAREHOUSE TEAM AND CUSTOMAR CARE TEAM TO LEQUDICE ANY
CUSTOMAR RETURN MATERAIL TO PROVIDE THE REQUIRED SPARES.
f) COMMODITY WISE PRICE FLACTUATION MONITORING AS PER THE MARKET.

5. VENDOR MANAGEMNT

a) IMPLIMENT TO BE PREPARE VENDOR RATING DEPENDING UPON THE DELIVARY AND


QUALITY.
b) EVALUATE VENDOR PERFORMANCE BY DETERMINING CRITERIA TO EVELUATE
PERFORMANCE AND PROVIDING VENDOR RATING.
c) ENSURE VENDORS ARE PAID AS PER AGREED TERMS.
d) ENSURE VENDOR CONTRACTS ARE PROPERLY MAINTAINED AND SIGNED.
