MYP Field Trip Permission Form

Dear Parent or Guardian,

During the academic year, the school will organize field trips and excursions as a part of
outside-of-school learning. This is a great opportunity for students to gain knowledge and skills, it
will help them to develop research, social, communication, and self-management skills. Students
will get acquainted with appropriate behavior in the transport and safety rules.

Please read the information below, then fill in the form and return the permission slip to your
homeroom teacher by March 13, 2022.

We hope you can support this learning opportunity by giving permission for your child to be part of
the outside-of-school learning.
