Project Scope

Scope –

 User Registration and Login: A user registration and login system is needed to allow users to create accounts, log
in to the site, and access their profiles.

 User Profiles: Users should be able to create and manage their profiles, including adding profile pictures, personal
information, and interests.

 Network Connections: The site should allow users to connect with other users in their network by sending and
accepting connection requests.

 Messaging System: The messaging system should allow users to communicate with each other privately.

 News Feed: A news feed should display updates from the user's network connections and posts from the site's
administrators.

 Group Creation: Users should be able to create groups and invite other users to join them. Groups could be based
on interests, professions, or other criteria.

Project Planning and Task Definition –

Define Project Goals and Objectives: The project team should define the goals and objectives of the CUGRAM
networking site project. This includes identifying the target audience, the site's features, and how it will differentiate
itself from competitors.

Develop Project Schedule: Once the project goals and objectives are defined, the project team should create a
project schedule that outlines the timeline for each task, including milestones and deadlines.

Determine Required Resources: The project team should determine the resources required to complete each task,
including personnel, technology, and budget.
Define Tasks: Based on the project goals, objectives, schedule, and resource requirements, the project team should
define the specific tasks required to complete the project. These tasks should be broken down into manageable sub-
tasks.

Assign Tasks and Responsibilities: The project team should assign tasks and responsibilities to team members
based on their skills and availability.

Monitor and Control Progress: The project team should monitor and control the progress of the project, ensuring
that tasks are completed on schedule and within budget. Any deviations from the project schedule should be
addressed promptly.
