both the science and the art of managing a company's resources.
Setting an organization's strategy and managing employee (or
volunteer) efforts to achieve goals through the use of available
resources, such as financial, natural, technological, and human
resources, are included in management.

Management utilizes all resources (physical and human) productively. This
leads to effectiveness in management. Management provides maximum
utilization of scarce resources by selecting the best possible usage in
industry through experts and professionals. This service lead to the use of
their skills and knowledge and proper utilization of resources to avoid
wastage. Thus, means resources are not underemployed or wasted.

Management also enhances adaptation. A dynamic environment
helps the organization change and adapt quickly to the tide of the
market. It becomes easy to meet up the needs of your customers
and the demands of the market.

cost, which means efficient use of scarce resources. This
leads to a better economy that will be beneficial to society
and increasing the profits of business. Thus, society will

Management helps and leads organizations to reach their
targets and setting key performance indicator (KPI) for
the organization that can enable the team to make smart
decisions about the planning of the teams. This is why
management is essential. When the employees work
together, achieving goals becomes easier and conducive.
