_TESTING & COMMISSIONING OF 220KV D./C TRANSMISSION LINE.

1. National Transmission and Despatch Company (NTDC) the ``Employer" intends to hire
the services of EPC contractors through International Competitive Bidding from
eligible firms as defined in 18-2 of Instruction to Bidders of the bidding documents.
The tender is to be financed under NTDC's own resources, on basis of International
Competitive Bidding (ICB), through Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTE) Procedure The
scope of service is:

Survey, Design, Manufacture, Procurement, Supply, Laying, Installation, Testing &

Commissioning of 220kv D/C Transmission Line from Sumandri Road Grid Station to
Jaranwala Road Grid Station.

Per-I: 220kv Double Circuit on Twin Bundle ACSR ``Rail" Conductor Overhead
Transmission Line on Towers & Poles (Approx. 23KM)
Part-II: 220kv Underground Transmission Line (Approx. 02KM),

3. Price of the Bidding Documents is PKR 5,000 (Pak Rupees Five thousand only).will be
pay by a non-refundable fee in form of Bank Draft from any scheduled bank of
Pakistan in favor of Chief Engineer (MP&M), NTDC. The documents may be collected
in person or may be sent by courier service for an additional fee of Rs. 2,000/- for
domestic delivery. USD: 100 for foreign delivery. No. liability will be accepted for loss
or late delivery in such case, The document can also be downloaded from NTDC
website ±A±±A+w...ntdc.corTi.pkfree of cost, however the purchase of document is
mandatory for participation.

4. The Bids prepared in accordance with the instructions in the Bidding Documents must reach
at the office of Chief Engineer MP&M, 8th Floor, Shaheen Complex, Egerton Road Lahore -
Pakistan on or before 11:00 AM, Pakistan Standard Time on 13.09.2022. The Technical Bids
will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the same Room, This advertisement is also

5. The Purchaser reserves the right to reject all bids and to annul bidding process at any time
prior to contract award as defined in Clause 33(1) of Public Procurement Rules 2004.
