Overall, this study is well written and discussed, however, some points need

to be explained. This method is well known in highway materials. Please

provide more details and solid supporting evidence on the accuracy of model.
Another important point is the validity of the model need to be tested
statically to present the ability of the model to simulate the interactions
between the outcomes and exposures. Literature review part is weak. More
research papers should be included in the literature review part, and major
conclusions should be explained rather than simply presenting the results.
Mention the practical implementations and research limitations.
