It is my
great honor and pleasure to introduce to you Attorney ______., Attorney III of the
office of the Schools Division Superintendent, Administrative Services.

Some of his duties and responsibilities are as follows: 1. Evaluate of

complaint, conduct of preliminary/fact finding investigation, and prepare
resolution, formal charge, decision, comment for cases on appeal, provide legal
opinion, interpretation and/or advise on laws, rules and regulation and policies
concerning the Department to Schools Division Superintendent or to any personnel
of Schools Division Office.
