    Materials to be supplied : Aluminium foils for chilled dairy
    Requirement Observaion

    Area is segregated but materials are not


    identified properly and placement is not
    Warehousing - Sorage of raw materials
    proper & at some place raw & finish
    product are placed together.

    Staff are not wearing uniforms and


    Personnal Hygiene Practices
    everyone present in personnal clothes.

    Handwashing stations are present but no


    hand washing liquid or disinfectant or
    Processing Area - Entrance hand drying paper available.
    No body is using the washing station to
    enter in to process area.

    House keeping of the processing area is


    Processing Area - Overall hygiene not up the mark, lot of waste materials are
    present every where. & dust on machines

    No baiting stations to control mouse/rats


    across the factory boundary line as first
    line of defence.
    Pigeons are observed inside the
    Pest Management/Bird control processing area.
    Doors to process area & warehouse have
    space beneath, risk of pest access inside.
    PVC curtain at warehouse entrance are
    toron out & very dirty.

    Job card not covering all required


    Traceability information for ingredients used along
    with batch.
    Supplier has processed for ISO 9000 but
    certification not yet recd. Further ISO
    Thrid party Certifications/declarations
    22k/Halal certification is not available at
    site.

    Complaince to Ingredient declaration Certificate of complinace is not shared


    Recommendation Action Plan by Supplier Dateline

    Ensure all raw materials are properly


    identified & segregated.
    All areas must be labeled properly.

    Ensure neat & clean uniform for workers

    Ensure hand washing stations are equiped


    with all necessary accessories & implement
    hand washing system to access.

    Need to focus on house keeping of the


    processing area.
    Establish cleaning plan for all the
    equipment/building in the processing area.

    Establish pest control plan for the premices.


    Implement control plan for pigeon access
    inisde the processing area.
    Ensure all doors have rubber strip to close
    the gap.
    Replace old PVC curtains & maintain

    Ensure all inforamtion is available in the Job


    card report for complete traceability.
    Check the requirement for mandatory
    certifications for packaging supplier

    Supplier will share CoC for materials to be


    suppplied to Nestle
