The main objective of this company is to assist clients in their electronic problems and help them
to identify the cause of electronic failure like virus or technical issues
Floor plan
for the building First and second floors make up the office building for Techies E-center Agency,
which serves as a space where staff can work effectively to assist clients. The front desk, waiting
area, security room, pantry and work stations are all located on the first floor which is 400 square
meters.In second floor has 400 square meters too, to suit the enormous number of employees and
conference room.
Features of the building
The building has several security cameras spread around the whole building and security guard at
each floor. For fire prevention, the building has fire extinguisher, fire alarm, sprinkler, and
emergency exit. Ventilation and air conditioning will help to maintain the server's functionality
for the longer hour used of all desktop computers.
The Topology used
The reason for choosing this topology is every workstation computer in the network is
individually connected to a central switch or hub which will give fast internet and it will not
delay the emails and calls that will be receive of our agents or send information to the customers.

4. Security room - For security of the building, and where the main control of each

security camera scattered around the building,
