    AUDIT OF OUT-TURN COACH

    Coach No. : CN 155265 Date: 04/03/2023 TIME- 1600 HRS.

    Deficiencies found:-
    1) Body Patching not upto the mark.
    2) Mismatch of the repaired panel with the old panel.
    3) Scratching and painting of Bio-toilet not done upto the mark.
