I believe everyone is excited for today's

But, before we proceed to our lesson, let have

agreements. Classroom agreements:

the activity.

Activity: Rebus Puzzle

No ma’am!
Are you familiar with this game, class?
This will be the mechanics class. I have here
some letters and photos that are put in a
frame. These letters and photos consist of a
category that makes up a word, which gives
you a hint about our topic. Your task is to
guess the word by connecting the answer of
the first frame to the next frame until you can
form a word. However, we will add a twist to
the game. Each group will pick a leader who
will be at the back to guess the rebus puzzle.
The rest of the group members will form a
line to relay the word up to the last member,
who will write the word on a piece of paper
and paste it on the board. But remember, the
entire members will be facing the board, and
they are only allowed to turn back if the
leader gives the word to the first member, and
the first member touches the next member to Yes Ma’am!
relay the word.
Do you understand, class?
I will divide the class into two groups, and
the first group to write their correct answer on
the paper and paste it on the board will be the
winner and receive a reward. You have only
one minute to complete the activity, and to Yes Ma’am
know which group finishes first, they should
create a yell to notify me.
Is that clear, class?
Now, please make a line and pick a leader to (Students perform the activity, then posting the

Ready, class? In a count of three, one, two,

And also let’s give a round of applause to
group for making their best to get the (Student to the clap)

D. Discussion

To ensure that you have a clear understanding Mhars answered

of our topic, we will first define what
existentialism is.
Okay Mhars, do you have any insight what is
existentialism? (Students do what is asked.)
Very good! That was a wonderful insight

Thank you for reading.

So, Noime can you give a short explanation

about the statements that you have read?

Thank you Noime for sharing your ideas.

So class existentialism, according to Sartre,

each individual is responsible for
constructing their own realities based on their
experiences.
That means, that each individual have the
ability to think, decide what their future Yes ma’am

Thank you Joy for reading and for your

excellent understanding on what you read.

Class, existentialism is a learner-centered

philosophy. In a learning-centered philosophy
the teacher's role is to facilitate with trust.
Trust between the teacher and the learner is
important in existentialism because it forms
the foundation of the learner-centered
philosophy. In a learner-centered classroom, Yes ma’am
the teacher might start the class by asking
students what they would like to learn about.
One student might express an interest in
learning more about space exploration, while
another might be curious about the human
body. The teacher would then work with the
students to develop a plan for exploring these
topics in a way that is engaging and
meaningful to them.

Class, did you understand the roles of teacher

in the learning-center philosophy?

Are we clear?

Okay, Mitzi kindly read the last statement

and give a short explanation of it.

Thank you Mitzi for reading and giving your

explanation very well.

At this point, the last statement emphasizes

the role of the teacher in the context of
education: to facilitate the process of helping
students identify their own essence and Yes ma’am
provide an atmosphere in which they can
freely choose their own values. The teacher
does not dictate what values or beliefs the
students should adopt, but instead presents
different paths and perspectives that they can
consider. By doing this, the teacher allows
students to explore their own ideas and
emotions and take responsibility for their own
learning and growth. The teacher's role is to
act as a guide and facilitator, rather than an
authority figure or expert.
