Education Loan offering for YES Professional Banker Program (YPBP)

The Terms and Conditions of the Education Loan to be availed under YPBP – Sept. / Oct. 2022

Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) at
Bengaluru.

5 Loan amount As per course fee structure (including taxes) excluding
caution money amount
6 Rate of Interest 11.75%P.A.
7 Processing Fees Rs. 5,900/- (inclusive of GST)
8 Other charges / Stamp Duty As applicable
9 Margin Nil
10 Prepayment and foreclosure Nil

11 Maximum Moratorium Course duration (12 months) + 3 months
Period
12 Repayment  Interest to be served during moratorium period
(Tentative amount Rs. 4,000/-)
 Post moratorium EMI repayment will start
(Tentative EMI Rs. 9,000/-)
13 Maximum Repayment Period 5 Years (excluding moratorium)
14 Mode of Payment Interest / EMI repayment will be recovered on monthly basis
from the stipend account based on "Standing Instruction"

15 Loan Disbursement As per fee payment schedule. The payment will be made
directly to the institute.

18 Other Requirements YES Bank account needs to be opened prior to loan

1 Application Form.
2 Agreement.
3 Annexure – SMA/NPA, Annexure – D, Annexure -E
4 2 Photographs of Applicant & Co-Applicant.
5 PAN Card of Applicant & Co-Applicant.
6 Proof of Residence Applicant and Co-Applicant (Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License, Voter
Card)
7 Mark sheets of 10th, 12th, Graduation.
8 Manipal Institute Admission Letter with Fees structure and Payment details.
9 Provisional Offer Letter from YES Bank Ltd.
10 Declaration confirming that no loan has been availed from other Bank/Institution for this course.
(Format attached)
11 Standing Instruction (SI) to be taken from newly opened YES Bank account in which stipend and will
be credited post joining. (Format Attached)
12 1 Undated Cheque (UDC) to cover the loan amount from the YES bank account of the Applicant
and co-applicant (Any Bank) for security purpose.
13 Insurance Application Form and MID
14 Declaration for Signature / Dual Name / Vernacular / Multiple Date of Birth (SVDM)

 All documents should be self-attested by respective Applicant and Co-Applicant.


 Additional documents may require on cases to case basis.
 Pls carry all documents in originals for verification.
