content. It's soluble in cold water, can be used in dry mixes, solid beverage, bakery
foods, sauces, medical foods, etc. According to the difference of auxiliary materials,
medium chain triglycerides powder Sc series can be divided into: MCT-ScM50,
MCT-Sc70.
