McDonald's is a fast food restaurant chain that


was founded in San Bernadino, California in 1940
by brothers Richard and Maurice McDonald.
McDonald's is known for its signature menu items
such as hamburgers, cheeseburgers, chicken
McNuggets, and fries, as well as a variety of
other menu options including salads and
breakfast items. The restaurant has locations all
around the world and is one of the largest fast
food chains in the world.

They also have a value menu targeting

Meals" at very competitive price.

such as the McArabia sandwich in
the Middle East and the McSpicy
Paneer in India.
They also have different menu items
and promotions for different regions
within the United States, such as the
McLobster in Maine and the McRib in
select markets

In their market segmentation, McDonald's has


succeeded in understanding and meeting the needs
and wants of their target market well. McDonalds
continues to innovate with their newest products,
maintain quality and functionality, and follow the latest
trends in the world of food and beverage. through
proper market segmentation, McDonald's managed to
build a brand that is successful and popular
throughout the world.
