Job Purpose:

As digital technology head, you will Lead and Build the team, release and deployment and work
closely with the startup Product. You will also play a vital role in the evolution of startups. Unique
mastery and recognized authority on relevant subject matter knowledge including digital
technologies, and techniques. Contributes to the development of innovative principles and ideas.
Provides highly innovative solutions. you will be leading large, cross division functional teams or
projects that affect the organization's long-term goals and objectives. May participate in multi-
function teams. Provides mentoring and guidance to startups. Develops strategy and set functional
policy and direction for incubation. you will contribute to the design and development of ignition
products, solutions, and systems. Includes activities linked to digital technical improvement of
existing products and prototypes. Requires developed and strong foundation of function skills and
knowledge of relevant digital technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead digital technology team to continue the planning, development, and implementation of
an updated digital technology.
• The planning and prioritizing of resources across the digital Technology team to ensure an
effective balance between our digital transformation, our project delivery.
• Develop, resource, maintain and deliver a backlog of development request to support funded
projects, transformation, continuous improvement, and maintenance of start-ups.
• Proactively removing impediments to productivity and progress toward continuous
deployment of new digital technology for start-ups.
• Designing & managing Incubation and Acceleration programs.
• Ensure tight management of milestones and progress of entrepreneurs and start-up
companies.
• Qualify and evaluate applicants for creativity, innovation, acceleration, and investment
stage.
• Manage a portfolio of technology projects to meet cost, scope, and schedule constraints.
• Develop key performance indicators and SLAs in lieu of requirement of stakeholders.
 • Lead the strategy and development of a robust and innovative Internet of Things (IoT)
ecosystem, including defining platform requirements, customer experience (eg. digital touch
points, P&S, service concept) and market strategies.
• Ensure the company's Internet of Things (IoT) partners' ecosystem and P&S portfolio and
road maps remain competitive.
• Leading the IoT ecosystem partnership and services portfolio management.
• Oversee and manage the Product & Operations Team to develop and launch approved
products and services.
• Leading the product management efforts for IoT services, with responsibility for defining the
related product road map, business plan and product offers as well as developing critical
strategies that deliver tangible business results
• Negotiate commercial agreements with partners in the industry
• Having an in depth understanding of the IoT industry including key players.
• Scouting and evaluating "future proof" IoT evolutions and innovations with a "customer
centric" strategic approach.
• Interfacing with clients & internal stake holders & drive the solutions on blockchain.
• Ability to develop Prof of Concepts in various vertical.
• Champion SME in blockchain responsible for the technology vision of the practice.
• Conceptualize and build demos showcasing business use cases of Blockchain relevant to the
Client Bank's business needs and vision.
• Demonstrate Thought Leadership on Blockchain technology through approach notes for
business use cases.
• Disseminate best practices and act as a knowledgeable resource for Blockchain engineering
problem solving.
• Designing, developing, and testing blockchain systems.
• Developing application functionality using various coding languages.
• Writing efficient and modular code.
• Monitor project execution and ensure that the project is delivered on time, on budget, and
with great quality Research, design, develop, and test blockchain technologies
• Brainstorm and help evaluate applications for new tools and technologies as they continually

• FRCNN, MRCNN, Res Net 50,101, VGG 16,19 etc.
• Hands On Experience in TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, YOLO
• Have Experience in Reinforcement Learning, Q Learning, Time Series Forecasting Algorithm,
ARIMA, LSTM etc.
• Work within the Engineering Team to design, code, train, test, deploy and iterate on
enterprise scale machine learning systems
• Analyzing the ML algorithms that could be used to solve a given problem and ranking them
by their success probability Consulting with managers to determine and refine machine
learning objectives.
• Designing machine learning systems and self-running artificial intelligence (AI) software to
automate predictive models.
• Transforming data science prototypes and applying appropriate ML algorithms and tools.
• Ensuring that algorithms generate accurate user recommendations.

Essential Experience

• 10+ years of digital technology management experience or advanced expertise across

relevant technology disciplines.
• Proven experience in leading technical dimensions of digital transformation.
• Substantial experience managing a team of experts delivering robust and secure business
critical systems to startups.
• Experience in planning and delivering products and services using agile development
techniques to meet start up expectations and deliver cost effective robust solutions.
• Entrepreneurial and outcome oriented
 • Understanding of government policy for technology and frameworks.
• Proven experience as a digital technology head or similar leadership role.
• Understanding of budgets and business planning.
