Introductory Questions:
Warm-up -What is an emotion?
Explore -What is the difference between emotions and feelings?
Learn -Do we control our emotions and feelings or our emotions and feelings

-Do school prepare us in that aspect?
-How do technology influence in the emotional aspect of the individual?

Activity: the teacher will mention names of emotions and the students will
have to draw something that best describes that emotion for them. (How
do they imagine those emotions in a draw)

Then, the whole group will socialize and discuss the answers. 10 minutes
The Positive Emotions’ Jar: each student will write a positive emotion in a
little piece of paper, then, is going to put it in a jar. When the entire group
has anonymously deposited their paper, each student will take one out
from it. The purpose is for the student to reflect on it during the day, to
practice and apply that positive emotion to their daily activities. 5 minutes
