Choral Music Performance Selections

Each performing organization must create in advance of the festival day three (3) packets containing the
following information:
 Conductor’s scores with numbered measures
 One copy of this form.

Please submit a fourth copy of this form for the announcer.

Give your three complete adjudicator packets, along with a fourth copy of the performance selection sheet to the Registration
Table when you arrive for your adjudication.

This form is to assist our adjudicators. Please do not send it to us in advance.

A three minute warm-up (vocalise or short piece) may be sung before your adjudication begins. Performance time for
the adjudicated selections, which can include multi-movement works, should not exceed 15 minutes.
