Title: School’s Memories

It was my first day at secondary school, - Shymelysney

I was scared, because I don’t know anyone here, -Shamimi

All of the new students are scattered, looking for their classes, -Shymelysney

I am still confused with this new environment. -Shamimi

I kept asking myself am I ready for this? -Shamimi

Will I be able to adapt? -Shymelysney

Or can I find friend in this school? -Shamimi

My brain full with exhaustive questions. -Together

I walked around the school compound looking for my class, -Shymelysney

But I don’t know where it is, - Shymelysney

Then suddenly I heard my name is being called, -Shamimi

It was my classroom teacher and I’m rushing going to my class. -Shamimi

I am already here, -Shymelysney

My feeling filled with fear, -Shamimi

I kept telling myself that I will be just fine, - Shymelysney

Because this is the new chapter of mine. -Shamimi

As I stepped into a new reality, -Shamimi

I need to create a new identity, -Shymelysney

And changing my personality, -Together

To blend in with the community. -Together

As I walked to my class, -Shymelysney

While putting a wide smile on my face, -Shamimi

Suddenly, my courage broke like a broken glass, -Shamimi

It is because I’m feeling alone. -Shymelysney

But when I found out I wasn’t alone, -Together

And found a new friends to adorn, -Shamimi

I just love staying in school, -Shymelysney

Because I don’t feel like a fool. -Together

I sat on my assigned seat, -Shymelysney

Seeing all of the students dressing neat, -Shymelysney

When the teacher walked in, -Shymelysney

All of us are ready to learn. -Shymelysney

We were all excited, to learn a new thing, -Shamimi

And ready for some questioning, -Shamimi

Never in my life, studying could be this joyful, -Shamimi

My new friends and I feeling blissful. -Shamimi

As the time flies by, -Shymelysney

I’m feeling bored in the class, -Shamimi

Then the bell rang, and it’s time for recess, we all going to rest, -Shymelysney

Varieties of food in the canteen, and everything looks appetizing. -Shamimi

During recess, I was enjoying my time with my friends, -Shamimi

I get to know them better, and don’t want this friendship to end, -Shymelysney

We love being with each other, -Together

and we would like this bond to be forever. -Together

I made a lot of new friends, -Shamimi

My shyness and fear left me today, -Shymelysney

This new chapter of mine, will be my next story, -Shamimi

So far everything went well without worry. -Shymelysney

We were all going back to class, after a content recess, -Shymelysney

The teacher started to teach again, -Shymelysney

And we were all waiting for the bell to rung, -Shamimi

So, we can enjoy the rest of the day and do our own thing. -Shamimi

The bell has been rung, we all started carrying our bags, -Shymelysney

My first day at school went great, and it is not bad, -Shamimi

I am looking forward for tomorrow, because school is where I want to be, -Together
