Hi John,

I hope this letter finds you well. It has been too long since we last talked, and there is something
important I need to inform you about. A tragic shooting took place at an elementary school in Belgrade.
On May 3rd, a thirteen-year-old student brought his father's gun to school and opened fire on his
classmates at the "Vladislav Ribnikar" elementary school. He began by shooting a security guard, then
proceeded to target his classmates. In total, nine people lost their lives, and six others were injured.
Unfortunately, one of the wounded girls passed away yesterday. The student also shot and wounded his
history teacher. The exact motives behind the incident remain unknown. It is distressing to learn that the
shooter had been planning the attack for a month, had access to his father's gun, and even received
practice at a shooting range. To make matters worse, just two days later, another shooting occurred in
which an equally large number of young people were either killed or wounded. The series of events is
truly devastating, and it has shaken our community to its core.

These events leave me shaken and deeply affected. It is the first time such a tragedy occurs in our
country. My heart goes out to the families of the children who lose their lives. Their grief is
unimaginable. I am also deeply saddened by the loss of the security guard who bravely tries to prevent
the tragedy. I am still in shock, struggling to understand the reasons behind such terrible violence. I
sincerely hope that this incident serves as a wake-up call, and that our society can come together to
prevent such horrific acts in the future.

I apologize if my letter has upset you. I look forward to discussing more positive topics with you in our
next conversation.

Best wishes,

Wolf
