when I was working as a field optimization and planning engineer, i was a team leader of
post processing and we could finish our great target and my team got a monthly star and
appreciation bonus

when I was working as a field optimization and planning engineer, i was a team leader of
post-processing ,we have to finish our great target of sites acceptance, i made rotation
shifts with progress sheet on Huawei server to allow every group to make soft handover
with another group without any fault or duplication , and we could finish our great target
and my team got a monthly star and appreciation bonus

I focus too much on the details.
