1. Introduction
PCWin2 has a HTML5 Web interface allowing operation of a LACROIX Sofrel equipment network
(Data Loggers and Remote Terminal Unit) since they are declared and configured to communicate.
The operator of PCWin2 has also the possibility to personalize the application thanks to “Mimic diagrams”
development. Those mimic diagrams can be used to have an overview of your equipment network and
important data (operating reports, curves, weekly period, and schedules, instructions, real time data, etc...).
Notice that examples showed bellows can be different because of user’s authorizations.
On the local network, you have two different ways to have an access to the application:
From the computer where the application PCWin2 is installed, right click on the Mode Selector
and Left click on Operation.
1 About the access to PCWin2 via Internet, please fill with https://Public-IP-address-of-the-router/Operation.StdWeb in the
browser address bar. It requires a public address and a redirection of the 443 port (HTTPS) on the router to the computer that
hosts PCWin2.

The character "∗ " allows to differentiate the receipt of an alarm from an overall receipt of all alarms of a
station. The recipient receives a confirmation of the receipt in reply: ACK#N°Station#*#OK
For example, to acknowledge all the alarms of Station No. 43 with the LOGIN "EXPLOITANT01" and
Password"EXPL1234": EXPLOITANT01#EXPL1234#ACK#43#∗
When the PCWin2 Central station is equipped with a communication module (PCcom or FR1000), the call
log is viewable in this communication module, not in PCWin2; To view it, simply enter the IP address of
the communication module in the address bar of the browser.
