Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our agency. In this role, you’ll be focused
on our internal analytics and customer platforms. You will work alongside other engineers and our
product manager to ensure the successful scoping and implementation of projects.

What You'll do:

● Design, develop, test, deploy and improve code that solve customer problems
● Own complex product features end to end - with a focus on customer impact
● Manage priorities, deadlines and deliverables
● Operate with autonomy in solving problems
● Collaborate with other teams to deliver new products
● Create fast, scalable and easy to use applications
● Build libraries and frameworks that others can use
● Take responsibility for system health, monitoring and alerting, and CI/CD pipelines
● Support and mentor other engineers on best practices, architecture, and quality

Requirements:

● 6+ years of software engineering experience

● Experience building out Engineering processes at a growing startup
● Experience in data, eventing or behavioral analytics preferred
● Server and Client side experience preferred
● Superb communication and project management skills
● Experience in MarTech or E-commerce a plus
● Comfortability with our tech stack

○ CI / CD (Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment)
