COMPLAINT AFFIDAVIT
This judicial affidavit was taken and recorded in the office of Atty. Rogen
T. Dai at Mainit, Catarman, Camiguin on October 7, 2018.

1. P: Do you swear to tell the truth and nothing but the truth?
T. Yes.

2. P: Are you aware that you will be held liable for perjury if you are
found to have lied in answering the questions?
T: Yes.

3. P: Please tell me your name, age, civil status, address and present
occupation?
T: I am RHODA C. TAGOD, of legal age, Filipino, married and a
resident if Bobon, Catarman, Camguin.

4. P: Why here in my office?

T: In order to execute an affidavit in support of a case that I have to
be filed against JOSEPHINE I. DANGHAG a.k.a “GAGAY”, for defaming
 me by utterly defamatory remarks and for causing injury to me.

5. P: What did JOSEPHINE I. DANGHAG a.k.a “GAGAY”, did to you?

T: On July 25, 2018 at around 10:45 in the morning I conveyed my
child in their school at Grace Christian School and upon reaching the school
I saw Gagay who was sitting on the ground and she was staring at me until I
reached the waiting shed or waiting area for parents inside the school
grounds. When her child came out from the school they passed the waiting
shed where I was sitting and he suddenly shouted while pointing at me
“you are horny, you are horny, prostitute, disgusting ,dirty woman, clean
yourself, a fake rich, shrewd”

6. P: Are there persons who heard her uttering those remarks towards
you?
T: There are my parents who heard it including children and even
the teacher. My child was scared when she kept on pointing at me.

7. P: What did you do then if there is any?

T: Regie pushed her towards the gate and I followed her and I asked
where did I go horny and to whom did I have any sex appear. Then she
got loose from Regie then he grabbed my hair, scratch me and then
punch me. Then welda Abesamis and some parents pacified us. I petty
more of my son because of what he saw and heard from gagay and he
even told me not to go to school anymore because he is scared. She
defamed and injured me.

8. P: Do you have any proof that you were injured?

T: I have with me my medical certificate.

9. P: What do you want to do with this medical certificate?

 T: I want it to be included in my affidavit to prove that I sustained
injury.

10. P: What did you do then if there is any?

T: I filed a case before the barangay and during our hearing she
admitted that she uttered those remarks.

11. P: Do you have any proof that he admitted the act during the
barangay mediation?
T: Yes. I asked the minutes of our hearing before the barangay, duly
signed by the punong barangay.

12. P: What do you want to do with this minutes of the barangay

hearing?
T: I want it to be included in my affidavit to establish that he indeed
admitted his acts against me.

13. P: Did you settle this matter at the barangay?

T: No Sir, our case was elevated to the pangkat ng tagapagsundo and
still there was no settlement I then asked the Certificate to File Action.

14. P: Do you have any proof that you were given Certificate to File
Action?
T: This is the copy of the certificate to file action.

15. P: What do you want to do with this Certificate to File Action?

T: I want it to be included in my affidavit sir.

16. P: Do you have anything to add?

T: None.
 17. P: In answering the questions, were you coached or taught by
anybody?
T: No.

18. P: Are you willing to sign this affidavit on your own voluntary and
free will?
T: Yes.
