Certain Sub-Engineers are transferred and posted as I/c Addl. Assistant
Engineer/Elecl as featured in the Annexure.

2. The above orders are made purely on administrative convenience and it

does not confer any right for promotion as Addl. Assistant Engineer/Elecl or for
claming regularisaiton of services in the cadre of Addl. Assistant
Engineer/Elecl at a later date.

3. The incharge arrangments ordered are subject to the result of Writ

Petitions filed on seniority and pending before the Hon’ble High Court of
Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and for the State of Andhra
Pradesh if any and also subject to the outcome of SLPs filed in the Hon’ble
Supreme Court.

4. The incharge arrangements ordered are also subject to the result of WA

No. 975 of 2014, W.P.No.13783/2014 and if any, pending before the Hon’ble
High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and for the
State of Andhra Pradesh

5. The incharge arrangements ordered are subject to result of W.P.No.

16330 of 2015 and batch cases pending before the Hon’ble High Court of
Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and for the State of Andhra
Pradesh.

6. Further the incharge arrangements ordered are subject to finalization of

allocation of employees between TSSPDCL and AP Power Utilities and
subsequent change in the seniority, if any.

7. The appointments are also subject to the condition that it shall be

reviewed after completion of the process of final allocation of cadre strength,
vacancies and employees between the successor States by the Government and
the persons so appointed meanwhile, shall not have any right on such
appointment. No request for change of posting or sanction of leave will be
entertained.

8. The controlling Officers are directed to relieve the indidivuals

immediately. The above appointees are directed to assume charge at the place
of postings immediately. If they fail to join or evade to join immediately or
proceeded on leave from the date of receipt of this order, necessary
departmental action as deemed fit shall also be initiated against them for non
compliance of orders issued above.
