composition for the work depicted below is an original musical work co-created by me (along
with Dhriti Sundar Roy) on or about LOVE for, on behalf of and under instructions from
Protim Banerjee during my engagement with PTM DIGITAL CONNECT PRIVATE
LIMITED (“PTM”), a Company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having
registered office at Flat No. 302, 3rd Floor, Sair Elite 2 Edward Road, Bangalore – 560052,
Karnataka, India.

Full and final money consideration for the above transfer/ assignment/ for my services in
relation to the work has been received by me and therefore, the copyright in the said original
literary/ musical/ sound recording stands assigned to PTM, who is the rightful and first owner
of the copyright in the said original literary/ musical/ sound recording work is PTM.

I have no objection to the aforesaid work being registered in the name of PTM DIGITAL
CONNECT PRIVATE LIMITED, under the Copyright act 1957.
