1. PROFILE
DOUGLAS ENERGY SERVICES LIMITED is a service provider to the oil
and gas industry in Nigeria. The company was incorporated in Nigeria
on the 17th of March, 2015 by the Corporate Affairs Commission
(Federal Republic of Nigeria), with a registration number RC 1249585.

OUR VISION

Our vision is to be an Indigenous Oil and Gas Industry Service Company


with Global Recognition and Reputation for Innovations and
Excellence.

Our mission is to build a prosperous, diversified Oil and Gas Service
Company, characterized by Indigenous Professionalism, Integrity and
Commitment to Excellence in the Development of Nigerian Oil and Gas
Resources.
