Circular for inviting Short Term programs for 23’

Dear Parents
Greetings from DWPSNE!

It is with great pleasure that we are proud to share that the school has collaborated with AFS, an organisation that
aims to create a network of international institutions that resolutely promulgate Leadership development programs
and has successfully sent 135 and hosted 59 participants on various exchange programs in 2022. AFS has sent
participants on Short Term Programs in 2022 to Denmark, Columbia, Brazil, Belgium, USA, Italy, Hungary, Egypt
and Turkey and now set to initiate Short-Term Programs for 2023-24, which may vary from 1 month to 3 months
and offer safe and secured destination possibilities.

Some of the highlights of the programs are:

6.Build your resume

Choose from Argentina, Denmark, Egypt, Malaysia, Philippines, Brazil, Italy and Turkey.
We wish inform that AFS India Member School students will have a preferential acceptance for the Short-Term
Programs and the application to undergo a screening process based on country guidelines and criteria.

Class group eligible for the program: Present class VIII and X
Program Fee: Nominal and does not include the airfare & the visa related fee (interested may contact
undersigned for more details)
Last date to apply: 28th February 2023
Dates of the exchange program: starting from June 2023

Program fee includes:


1.Visa application assistance (Visa related fee has to be borne by the student)
2.Training and development management (Orientations in India and abroad)

4.Meals, Housing & Host Family Placement

7.AFS Medical insurance of USD 500,000 per occurrence

9.24*7 Local Counselor as Individual Contact Person for Guidance in host country
10.Intensive Foreign Language Classes
11.Student Learning Journey - a Virtual Program on Global Citizenship Education (GCED) in collaboration
with University of Pennsylvania
