actions for unsafe conditions or issues. Perform atmospheric testing for issuance of confined space

incidents, and near misses. Support of all craft in the field for all construction activities, which include
heavy equipment operation, pipefitting, confined space operations, installation of structural steel, scaffold
erecting, electrical work, insulation, and civil /excavation work.
 Dropped Objects Team Lead; January 2020 – September 2020: Coordinate daily action plans,
hold weekly feedback meetings, and act as primary point of contact for members of Dropped Objects
Team working in OSBL North storage area. The D.O.T. is comprised of craft workers that have been
assembled and trained to recognize and take action to minimize dropped object potential, coach
workers in the field, ensure that all tools used at elevations of greater than 6’ are tethered, and tend to
tool tethering stations to serve all crafts in the field.
 Hand Safety Champion Lead; June 2021 – Present: Provide weekly meeting topics and point of
contact support, and conduct program training for fifty appointed crew hand safety champions. The
HSC program was designed to reduce hand injuries through a hands-on peer check. A leader from
each crew is given responsibility to focus on hand safety and to coach and mentor co-workers.
