STAGES IN PROBLEM SOLVING

1.Recognizing and Defining the problem

2.Finding possible solutions
3.Choosing the best solution
4.Implementing the solution
RECOGNIZING AND DEFINING THE PROBLEM

•Insufficient study time. For

oral defense,
•Very tight schedule.
FINDING POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS
Ø Organize what you need to accomplish and try to get in as
much studying as possible early in the morning.
Ø While at work, ask your boss for permission to extend your
break time. In order for you to have additional time to study.
ØThe majority of his occupied time is spread out throughout
the course of a single day. This supports the idea that
pictures have a night time to study for their defense from
Friday to Monday night, and probably a decent rest night
on Tuesday for tomorrow’s oral defense.
CHOOSING THE BEST SOLUTION
• Organize what you need to accomplish and try to get in as
much studying as possible early in the morning; Wake up as
early as 4 a.m. and begin studying for two hours each day
from Saturday morning to Tuesday, and possibly the entire
day on Friday.
IMPLEMENTING THE SOLUTION

• To have a good day studying early in the

morning, go to bed early.
ADVANTAGES
• Able to spend up all of the spare time in
studying.
• Able to avoid putting yourself in danger of
losing your job.
DISADVANTAGES
• Sacrificing some time for sleep to be able to
manage study.
• It leaves you a very tiring day because of
packed schedule.
