28,000.00 ) FROM THE (MAINTENANCE AND OTHER OPERATING EXPENSES [ MOOE]) OF
THE BARANGAY FOR THE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE BUDGET OF CYCLE 1
CONSTRUCTION OF 1- UNIT MULTIPURPOSE BUILDING, CYCLE 2 CONCRETING OF 0.239KM
PUROK AVOCADO ACCESS ROAD, CYCLE 3 CONCRETING OF 0.200KM PUROK NANGKA, SITIO
LIANG ACCESS ROAD AND CYCLE 4 INSTALLATION OF TEMPORARY FACILITIES WITH PPE AND
MEDICAL SUPPLIES AT BARANGAY BINGAY, BORBON, CEBU IN RESPONSE TO COVID-19 CRISIS.

WHEREAS, the Barangay discussed and agreed its responsibility for the operation and
maintenance of Cycle 1 Construction of 1-Unit Multipurpose Building, Cycle 2 Concreting of 0.239
km Purok Avocado Access Road, Cycle 3 Concreting of 0.200km Purok Nangka, Sitio Liang Access
Road and Cycle 4 Installation of Temporary Facilities with PPE and Medical Supplies at Barangay
Bingay, Borbon, Cebu in Response to COVID-19 Crisis, sub-projects availed from Kalahi-
CIDSS:NCDDP;

WHEREAS, Community people of Barangay Bingay agreed and approved during its
barangay assembly to allocate fund amounting of TWENTY EIGHT THOUSAND ( ₱ 28,000.00 )
CYCLE 1 CONSTRUCTION OF 1- UNIT MULTIPURPOSE BUILDING, CYCLE 2 CONCRETING OF
0.239KM PUROK AVOCADO ACCESS ROAD, CYCLE 3 CONCRETING OF 0.200KM PUROK NANGKA,
SITIO LIANG ACCESS ROAD AND CYCLE 4 INSTALLATION OF TEMPORARY FACILITIES WITH
PPE AND MEDICAL SUPPLIES AT BARANGAY BINGAY, BORBON, CEBU IN RESPONSE TO COVID-
19 CRISIS from the (MAINTENANCE AND OTHER OPERATING EXPENSES [ MOOE]) OF THE
BARANGAY for the operation and maintenance for its sub-project sustainability based on the
detailed activities stated in the O and M plan.

WHEREAS, the Barangay Council deems it proper to allocate fund for the operation and
maintenance for the said sub-projects;

THEREFORE, be it resolved as it is hereby resolved the Sangguniang Barangay of Bingay,

Borbon, Cebu in session duly assembled to allocate the TWENTY EIGHT THOUSAND
( ₱ 28,000.00 )_ from the (fund source) of the Barangay as Operation and Maintenance budget to
the KALAHI-CIDSS:NCDDP completed sub-projects of Cycle 1 Construction of 1-Unit Multipurpose
Building, Cycle 2 Concreting of 0.239 km Purok Avocado Access Road, Cycle 3 Concreting of 0.200km
Purok Nangka, Sitio Liang Access Road and Cycle 4 Installation of Temporary Facilities with PPE
and Medical Supplies at Barangay Bingay, Borbon, Cebu in Response to COVID-19 Crisis sub-projects
availed from Kalahi-CIDSS:NCDDP;

RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this resolution to DSWD FO7, MLGU, KC-NCDPP
Office , BLGU and other concerned agencies for their information and appropriate action;
