I. AUTHORITY TO CONDUCT INVESTIGATION

Memorandum order No. 103 issued by the Chief of Police of Tuguegarao City
Police
Station to investigate on the above subject

II. DETAILS
There is a shooting incident Around 5:30 P.M on December 17, 2022 in Leonarda,
Tuguegarao City. Kyle Christopher Pastorfide y Depdepen Male, 27, a vehicle
dealer from Tuguegarao City, Tanza, was named as the victim. Kyle was shot in
different parts of the body and the total number of gunshot wounds to kyle was
“Seven bullet’s” to his various body areas, including the nape, the left and right
sides of the belly, the spinal cord, and the rear of the body near the heart, resulted
in his fast death. After shooting the victim once with a 45-caliber handgun, the
name of the suspect is Mike E. Duque A.K.A known as “Totoy” and his rider,
known as “Jose,” promptly fled on a Honda Xrm 125 Fi motorcycle without a
plate number.

The body fit alias "Totoy" is estimated 5 feet, 5 inches tall, has deep skin, and is
sporting a slipper, a pair of black shorts, and a T-shirt. The witness claims that
based on their physical appearance, he was able to identify the suspect. Similar to
"Totoy," the body fit alias "Jose" is carrying a sling bag.

III. RECOMMENDATION
Due to the foregoing, this office hereby recommends that a murder case be filed at
the prosecutor's office against the suspects Totoy and Jose under Article 248 of the
Revised Penal Code. The arresting team will have possession of the defendant,
who will then be sent to jail for additional questioning and any necessary
explanation by the prosecutor.
