The duration for both the heads(above) operational cost and revenue/earning should be the same. For Ex:
performance can also be assessed for total revenue collected till 31 st December 2021 Vs cumulative operational
cost incurred till 31st Dec 2021

Documents to be submitted by the ULB for evaluation:

ULB should submit the detailed statement maintained by it

showing the total operational cost incurred and the
revenue generated. Attached  Not Available. 
Note: The duration for both should be the same.
