1. A client comes to you that you help him set up a finance service business, He is not sure to
either set up a bank or finance service business. Explain to him the difference between the
two types of business and the requirements for him to each one of them. successfully.

2. Discuss the functions of the governor.

1. Discuss the difference between the Banking and finance service Act and the Bank of
Zambia Act.

2. After denied given the license to open a Bank, your boss comes to you seeking help. Give
guidance.

3. Discuss circumstances where a banking license can be revoked.

4. Discuss the functions of the bank of Zambia and what makes it different from other banks
in Zambia.

5. List and discuss the four types of banks in Zambia
