Wellness Bus
We cannot deny the fact that people often get tired while traveling in some
places. There are a lot of things that we can experience during our travel such as
jetlags, nausea, and body pains therefore what we seek is to relax and be comfortable
even for just a bit. Therefore, a business that can provide this is what we want,
relaxation is one of the things that we like to offer to the people. Our company wants
to offer a service that could help them to calm down a bit from hustle and bustle that
life offers. A wheelness bus (wellness) is the key to achieve this relaxation.

A wellness bus is a kind of bus that provide wellness and relaxation to travelers
or tourist if they want to have a break for a bit before traveling or after traveling.
Some are experiencing delayed flight for hours therefore if they want to have a
relaxing time before their flight they are very welcome to enter the bus. The
wheelness bus is an airconditioned type of bus specialized in seats that is customized
to have enough space to provide a comfortable service to the customers. A wheelness
bus has 6 employees in total, one driver and 5 staffs that would provide the service
inside the bus. The bus can accommodate 10 people per hour. The bus take pride in
offering top-notch service performed by qualified experts at Wheelness Bus. While
teaching the value of self-care and self-esteem to people of all ages, we keep you
calm, refreshed, and completely happy with our service while adhering to safe and
clean rules.
Researching

Customers seek convenient and unique ways to relax and unwind. In order to
launch a successful Wheelness Bus business, it is essential to conduct thorough

Since the business is focusing in providing a service through wellness we need products that
can help us to manage our day to day operations and for that to be possible we need
supplier. We chose Human Heart Nature since they are an expert in producing wellness
products that we can trust in terms of quality.

Though there are many "natural" products available in the market today, there is
surprisingly no government regulation on the use of the term "natural". This makes it
very diffi cult for ordinary people to discriminate genuinely natural products from
chemically-laden ones with a few natural extracts thrown in.
Costing

The revenue for this type of business can come from different sources such as
charging for each service provided or offering packages for customers who want
multiple services. Assuming an average price of 499 pesos for a package of manicure
and pedicure, 449 pesos for a massage, and a free access for the use of wifi and
television, the business operates for 8 hours a day with an average of 10 customers per
hour. Therefore, the daily revenue generated by the business would be:

Daily Revenue = (10 x 449 ) + (10 x 499) = 9,480 pesos

Monthly Revenue = 54, 390 x 30 = 284,400 pesos

Cost Analysis:
The costs associated with running a wheelness bus may include the following:

Salaries for staff members who provide the services.


Cost of supplies such as nail polish, massage oils, and other materials needed for the
services.
Cost of utilities such as water, electricity, and gas for the bus.
Cost of marketing and advertising to promote the business.
Cost of insurance and licenses.
Assuming the following costs, the monthly expenses for the business can be
calculated as follows:

Salaries for staff members: 5,000 pesos every 15 days per month
Supplies: 10,000 pesos

Insurance and licenses: 2000 pesos
Total Monthly Expenses = 55,000 pesos

Profit Analysis:
To calculate the profit of the business, we need to subtract the total monthly expenses
from the monthly revenue.

Monthly Profit = Monthly Revenue - Total Monthly Expenses

Monthly Profit = 284,400 pesos - 55,000 pesos

Monthly Profit = 229,400 pesos

Based on the assumptions made, the spa on bus can make a profit of 229,400 pesos
per month.

In conclusion, the Wheelness bus can be a profitable business if managed well.


However, the actual revenue, costs, and profitability of the business may vary based
on several factors such as location, competition, pricing, and marketing strategies.
